Will even-t supports The Missing Sync™?

Yes. The beta version of even-t doesn't support synchronization via iSync or on a .Mac account yet.

But when even-t goes final, it will fully supports Apple's Sync Services architecture to ensures the two-way synchronization of your data with mobile devices like Apple's upcoming iPhone™ or your .Mac account and all devices that can be synced via iSync.

The Missing Sync from mark/space fully supports Apple's Sync Services architecture so will even-t when is goes final. Supporting this you can synchronize your calendars with a wide varity of Palm OS devices including Palm/palmOne, Sony, Garmin, Samsung, Tapwave and Fossil and Windows Mobile Pocket PC and Smartphone devices including HP, Dell, i-mate, Motorola, O2, Palm and XDA and the Sony Playstation Portable.

In my experience, .mac syncing is not simple and many applications have struggled to make it work. I think syncing should be part of the beta process to work out the problems. I want to see how even-t syncs before I put down money for a license.

Syncing is in fact an error-prone process. From the developers' point of view, I'm really happy to have Apple's Sync Service framework to work with. But syncing is complex and it's very easy to run into problems.

To ensure that even-t will handle this stuff properly syncing will be part of the beta process. More than that, I will release an internal beta version before syncing will become available in a public beta.

The beta will phase end having a "Release Candidate" version before.
